The GEM F range represents the ultimate box sealer. All three machines have the same chassis and technology, although they offer different options in box sizes. All of them have high quality finishes in grey, bolted, bent steel plate.

Effectiveness at your end of the line

The GEM F can exceed more than 1300 boxes / hour and is the ideal complement for closing cardboard boxes. This machine automatically folds both the upper and lower flaps of fixed-format American-type boxes. It can be adjusted quickly and operators find it easy to use. The patented head of the GEM determines the weight that a box will support, thus solving the problem of different heights for each unit.

If your company belongs to the food or pharmaceutical sector or requires a machine that must be exceptionally clean, the GEM F range also has options in stainless steel. This finish facilitates disinfection and prevention for those types of industries where contact with the product is essential.

A sealer of proven quality

Setting the machine is just as important as the number of boxes it can seal per hour. Units are advanced by a set of drive belts located on the side of the machine. The unique motor optimizes displacement, and ensures correct alignment of upper and lower flaps, providing the perfect seal. In addition, if necessary, for your boxes, we have a floating system in the upper carriage, fitted to the GEM F470G (see accessories on this same sheet).

FLOATING SYSTEM

The floating system can be adapted to the GEM 470 model and allows sealing even if the box has more content than expected. In addition, if we work with hard cardboard, the floating system makes it easier to close the side flaps. This system also allows the head group to be raised when changing the seal, and the same cylinder returns to the original position without adjusting the height of the taping head.
