GEMs are highly advanced box sealers that adapt to each unit to increase productivity. Self-sizing allows GEM to recognize each unit for closure. Thanks to the DAC system, it can be part of an independent end of line, without the necessary supervision of an operator.

The GEM range creates the perfect case sealer for your end of line. Comarme Ibérica solves all kinds of problems when forming and sealing boxes. The GEM are carton sealers with American type adhesive tape. All this with different dimensions in height, width and depth.

Self-adjusting heads

The X520, X670 and X820 are equipped with a self-dimensioning system that moves the head and the two belts to the size of the cartons. The unique motor ensures that the sliding of the cartons is optimized and guarantees the perfect closing of each unit. The machine is easy to use and does not require specialization, and combines perfectly with conveyor belts at the product infeed and outfeed.

Head configurations support T32 and T33 as standard, and optionally: T21, T21.5, T22 and T23. In addition, all of them are self-adhesive for case sealing.
